The eMDR system is currently experiencing slowness when processing electronic submissions. If you are currently waiting for the arrival of Ack 1 or Ack 2, please resubmit! However, if you have received the Ack 2 related to your electronic submission, please DO NOT resubmit. The receipt of Ack 2 means that your submission is currently being held in CDRH’s processing queue. Once the submission in question has processed the Ack 3 will then be transmitted out to the sender.
