This Week in CTP - Updates from the Center for Tobacco Products As part of ongoing efforts to enhance and expand our website, the Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) launched a new section: Tobacco Product Review and Evaluation. This section centralizes previously released information on requirements under the law to legally market new tobacco products. Learn more about how FDA is protecting public health through tobacco regulation. CTP also recently posted an archived webcast of the Youth and Tobacco Town Hall Meeting featuring remarks from CTP Director Dr. Lawrence Deyton, Surgeon General Regina Benjamin, CDC Office on Smoking and Health Director Dr. Timothy McAfee, and youth and youth advocates.  Held in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and local public health authorities, the purpose of the meeting was to share tools and best practices in tobacco use prevention.     You are subscribed to FDA Tobacco Products Email Updates.
