| Singaporean willing to study Medicine in Ireland Posted: 14 Feb 2013 08:24 PM PST Hi everyone. Im a Singaporean willing to study medicine in Ireland wif admission in 2014. May i know the pros n cons of studying there as compared to uk or australia. i have actually already applied for 4 uk medical school namely manchester (rejected), sheffield(rejected) , bristol( pending) and aberdeen(pending). My a level grades are H2 Maths A, H2 chem A, H2 phy A, H2 geog A, H1 General paper C, H1 Malay A, H1 Project Work B. may i know the cost of medical sch fees and accomodation there and ur opinion as to whther its a good option for a singaporean? im also concerned regarding the chances of me doing my intern year there. can anyone enlighten me please? I would be really grateful for any help from anyone :-) |
| Most depressing medical speciality Posted: 14 Feb 2013 01:49 PM PST What do you think is the most depressing speciality in Medicine? By depressing I mean feeling that you can't do anything to help the patient and hence the feeling of uselessness prevails in the doctor! I think it must be oncology. What do you think? |
