GAMSAT Australia UK Universities Posted: 17 Feb 2013 06:33 PM PST Hello there, I'm currently looking into sitting the GAMSAT to apply to UK Universities (St Georges and Nottingham) however i am currently working abroad in Taiwan and want to sit the GAMSAT rather soon. I have researched an option to sit the GAMSAT Australia in March (held in Singapore) however I am unsure if UK Universities (UCAS) accept an Australian GAMSAT score. I have done some research on this and haven't come across any results yet. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks,
North West Thames and North Central Thames Hospitals Help Posted: 17 Feb 2013 01:24 PM PST Hi! I am about to apply for specific jobs soon and I would just like to ask which hospitals in North West Thames and North Central Thames - are good for FY1 jobs. I'm really looking for a small hospital with a "friendly" atmosphere that does not have too much pressure and where there is time for teaching/attending theatres. If anyone has any recommendations for hospitals in London (doesn't have to be in these deaneries) I would be very grateful. Best Wishes,
Which medicals schools should I apply to? Posted: 17 Feb 2013 07:36 AM PST Hey everyone. :) I am trying to decide on the four medical schools I want to apply to this cycle. I did extremely well in my high school exams back in 2010. However, I have come to realise that despite trying my very best, I will only (realistically) graduate with an upper second degree, not a first. My question is which 5 year medical degrees should I apply to that will play to my strengths? (focus on A level exams rather than degree transcript results) Thank you!
Admissions Consultant or someone I can talk to about my situation? Posted: 17 Feb 2013 07:01 AM PST Hi all I'm a mature student and will be applying for a graduate entry program in the next 1 - 2 years. In the meantime I'd like to talk to someone about my situation and figure out how to best increase my chances of acceptance. Does anyone know an admissions consultant or someone who offers this sort of service? Thanks
Posted: 17 Feb 2013 04:57 AM PST I've got good unmarked copies of the Gold Standard GAMSAT book and the MedPrep GAMSAT Books. I got a 72 overall on the GAMSAT, just using these materials to prep. Private message me if you're interested!
