This Week in CTP - Updates from the Center for Tobacco Products Today, FDA published a notice in the Federal Register announcing the availability of a public docket to obtain input on recommendations for a regulation on good manufacturing practice for tobacco products that was submitted to FDA by a group of 13 tobacco companies (tobacco companies’ recommendations).  FDA is establishing this docket to provide an opportunity for all interested parties to comment on the tobacco companies’ recommendations.  This document is not FDA’s proposed regulation.  FDA is simply making the tobacco companies’ recommendations available for public comment.  Visit the website to read the full notice and to officially submit your comments.   You are subscribed to FDA Tobacco Products Email Updates.
