On Friday, April 19, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EDT) the eMDR PRODUCTION system will be unavailable. The system will be back online starting Monday, April 22, 2013 at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EDT).
During this time frame, electronic submission(s) from industry will “NOT” process until the system is back online. This means that for electronic submission(s) submitted during the downtime the sender will “NOT” receive Ack1/Receipt, Ack 2 nor Ack 3 related to the electronic submission(s). If you have any questions regarding this downtime, please feel free to contact us at eMDR@fda.hhs.gov.
