| late cao application documentation Posted: 05 Apr 2013 10:09 AM PDT Hi there, I realized I did the most stupid thing in my application , I completed my degree last year, but on applying to gradmed this year when I realized I need a copy of my transcripts confirming I had a 2.1 it took a while to actually receive it from college. I looked up the wrong date for when all documentation should be received by the cao didn't see it was the 15th march and thought it was july instead at the latest, (I'm ridiculous I know) so they will have only received my transcripts by monday!. But now I'm having an absolute panic thats it too late and that they're going to cancel my application. I just wanted to know if anyone sent in documentation late before do the cao inform and give you a chance to send it in at this stage? or is that it? I rang the head office today, but the person I spoke to didn't know anything except that they were going through the applications this week and that I'm to ring back and get in contact with the manager on monday to know for sure. I haven't received any mail or notification form the cao about having not received transripts etc but I'm freaking out this whole weekend that I have ****ed things up before I'll even know. Please someone reassure me that they give you a chance to send them in or at least get back to say they noticed its missing etc! Many thanks. |

You may want to post whether you've got offers elsewhere already, your average (mean) interview score, and your GAMSAT score. I'll go first: no offers anywhere else, Interview: 3.0, GAMSAT: 62. Yeh, it ain't hopeful. Maybe some of you can feel better about yourselves now!! Apparently your 'interview grade' is different from your mean interview score...? If that is the case, does anyone know how the interview grade is calculated? |
