Hi,

So Im currently a premed approaching a very long summer break. I have a month of travelling planned and very little else. Because I am premed there isn't really any work for me to be doing over the summer and so I was wanting to do something a litte useful. I was considering research / project experience however I am not realy sure how to go about this. I have done some research in the past but that opportunity is no longer available, but I do have a little experience.

What have other people done over the summer breaks thats productive?

Also, Ive heard about various medical student essay prizes, however am ntot really sure where to find out more information about these. Has anyone ever done any? Where are they advertised?

Also, note I am a staff nurse so will be working part time, so gaining some clinical experience isn't really relevant for me.

I have the full set of Gradmed notes and practice papers for sale. There are 22 books in total and cover the full Gamsat syllabus. The description and feedback on the papers is to a degree of quality unseen on other practice and prep materials. If anyone is interested I am willing to send full high resolution pictures of what I have got plus I will through in a lot of free material I gathered from the internet.
The various booklets are on chemistry, biology, physics, maths and written communication which goes hand in hand with verbal reasoning for Section 1. There are practice papers for each section too.

These are genuine, unlike the other fakes going around so becareful.

I wish everyone goodluck on their journey as I know how tough preparation can be at times.
