- So confused over funding!
- a small aside..
- Best Internal Medicine book with strong pathopysiology sections?

| Posted: 05 May 2013 09:46 AM PDT Hi everyone! I'm applying for 2014 graduate entry and I have a few questions about funding. I've looked all over the place for any kind of clear guide, but so much of the information seems to be contradictory! Anyone who's been through it or who knows the situation please let me know! All I know for sure is that we have to pay about a third of the tuition fee in our first year, the rest is covered by the student loan. In years 2-4, the NHS covers the first third and the loan pays the rest. Am I right about that? The part that confuses me is the maintenance loan/grant and NHS bursary situation. Basically, for London, what would I be eligible for? Am I right in thinking that the NHS gives the majority of money for years 2-4? As I already have a degree, does that make me ineligible for maintenance grants and the like? I never got any part of the student loan to fund my original degree, however. Does this make a difference, ie as I've never received funding before will I be eligible to be fully funded this time round? Anything to clear this up would be really helpful. Thanks :) |

| Posted: 05 May 2013 06:30 AM PDT Kaplan offers an online course that runs for 2-ish months. Does anyone have any experience with this? What it's like? Is it worth taking? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks ahead of time. |
