New web-based learning course-
“Bringing an Over-the-Counter (OTC) Drug to Market”
FDA/CDER’s Small Business Assistance Program announces the launch of another CDERLearn web-based learning course, “Bringing an Over-the-Counter (OTC) Drug to Market.”
Due to the sea of regulations and legal requirements, small businesses often do not know where to start in bringing OTC product ideas to fruition. We developed this course to help you find your way through these regulations and requirements, so that you can properly and successfully market your OTC drug products.
This course is a great resource to refer to for guidance, questions or concerns about marketing an OTC drug.
We hope that you find it helpful. Additional courses will be posted on our Small Business Education Series page as we develop them.
The Small Business Assistance (SBA) program in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) provides guidance and information to regulated domestic and international small pharmaceutical business through its website, email notifications, and workshops. This notification system provides current information from CDER/FDA via e-mail on a biweekly basis that is relevant to small pharmaceutical business, which includes Federal Register notices, guidances, workshop announcements, etc. This is an automated message delivery system.
