Hi, I was wondering if anyone could answer this query for me?

When filling the UCAS form, is it an academic reference or a work reference that is used?

I ask as i am applying to 4 unis and they both require specific ones

For example SGUL require an academic one and Notts prefer a work one....

advice on where to apply?

Hi :) I'm really, really stuck on where to apply for Graduate Medicine (2014 entry) and I'd love advice if anyone has any? I'm thinking of Soton and Barts for definite, but I'm not sure about the 3rd or 4th...maybe Kings, maybe Imperial, maybe Warwick? Ideally I'd like to stay in the South as my partner will be living in London. I've got a 1st class degree (biomed), the relevant work ex (a lot less voluntary than paid though), and 780+ ukcat?
