FDA-TRACK Update: View interactive maps of FDA completed inspections

FDA-TRACK is an agency-wide performance management system that monitors FDA programs through key performance measures and projects.  These measures are updated quarterly on the website.

What’s New in September 2013

This update was postponed due to the federal government shutdown. Thank you for your patience during this time. New performance data are available for the dashboards below.

Cross Agency

Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER):

Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN)

  • FDA-TRACK CFSAN Dashboard: The Office of Compliance (OC) completed its Foreign Country Profile Template Key Project to create a profile for every country where a foreign inspection has taken place since 2009. These profiles are aimed to improve risk based decision making by correlating multiple streams of country-specific data and information into a controlled number of indicators.

Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA)

  •  FDA-TRACK ORA Dashboard: ORA added interactive maps to its dashboard page to show the breadth of inspections being completed, both by commodity and geographical location. Thus far in FY 2013, ORA completed 26,391 domestic inspections and 1,886 foreign inspections. Check out ORA’s updated dashboard to see where these inspections occurred.
