This Week in CTP - Updates from the Center for Tobacco Products FDA continues to review tobacco product marketing applications and issue decisions on those submissions. In June, FDA issued 50 Substantial Equivalent (SE) orders and 6 Refuse to Accept (RTA) letters. Additionally, companies withdrew 19 SE reports from the review process.
