Vascular Solutions, Inc. initiated a voluntary nationwide recall of Langston dual lumen catheters used in catheterization procedures. The Langston dual lumen catheter is indicated for delivery of contrast medium in angiographic studies and for simultaneous pressure measurement from two sites.
