Compliance Webinar on Draft SE Guidance Now Available

This Week in CTP - Updates from the Center for Tobacco Products Last month, CTP issued draft guidance titled “Substantial Equivalence Reports: Manufacturer Requests for Extensions or to Change the Predicate Tobacco Product.” Recently, CTP produced a compliance webinar for small businesses that focuses on this draft guidance. By viewing the webinar, small businesses can gain a better understanding of the SE process and receive an overview of the draft guidance, which is currently open for public comment until September 15, 2014.
