China Medical students able to do internship in uk

I'm a medical student in China taught in an english medium,graduations are normally held after 6 years(including 1 year internship),we are offered to do internship elsewhere,with graduation held after internship does this hinder my chance to apply to take the PLAB? Do i have to present a graduation certificate as the primary qualification?
