| This Week in CTP - Updates from the Center for Tobacco Products FDA continues to review tobacco product marketing applications and issue decisions on those submissions. In November, FDA issued 24 Substantially Equivalent (SE) orders, 6 Not Substantially Equivalent (NSE) orders, and companies withdrew 17 SE reports from the review process.
