International students sitting the BMAT

Hey guys!
I would kill to be a Med School student in Imperial (Oh, the irony)
I'm sitting the BMAT this year Nov 6 2013. I've started with my preparation, with Section 1. Just random, aptitude tests from the 400 Q book. How do you suggest I go about preparing?
I'm pretty clueless.
Also I'm an international student so how do you suggest I work around it? What are the colleges I would have a higher chance of getting into considering how being an Int student has its own drawbacks..
